TANKER EARTH PROTECTION

Use of proprietary earth protection system to check and confirm tanker is properly earthed prior to product  transfer being enabled.

COURSE INLET FILTER

10-25mm aperture gauze can be installed at the product inlet point to prevent any larger foreign bodies entering silo.

In-line unit (with  electrically interlocked inspection door if required) to capture any ferrous material at the inlet point.

IN-LINE MANAGEMENT

PINCH VALVE

Used to  seal off inlet line & protect Silo against over-pressure during filling.

DEHUMIDIFIER

Installed to maintain low moisture level within Silo (especially used  for Sugar).

EXPLOSION PROTECTION

Fast acting valve used to protect Silo from any sparks being emitted by Dehumidifier. May also be installed in product lines.

PRESSURE RELIEF VALVE

Mechanical device to protect the Silo from over  pressure during filling.

SILO VENTING FILTER

Provides  automated venting for pneumatically filled silos and vessels.

Provides continuous feedback as to the current product level in the silo. Can be point level or continuous level.

PRODUCT LEVEL PROBE

EXPLOSION PANEL

Provides external silo or vessel explosion protection to comply with ATEX directives.

Vibrating bin bottom to promote constant flow of product out  of silo base.

BIN ACTIVATOR

Used to sift raw product prior to onwards transfer. Can be rotary or vibratory.

IN-LINE SIFTER

Used to deliver a regulated/controlled amount of product into the conveying pipework.

Enables operatives to safely pick up and unload the contents of an FIBC and transfer its contents into the production system.

BIN BAG UNLOADING STATION

Enables selection of one of two product input lines to be routed to a single output line (or vice-versa).

Provides quick and hygienic method to connect output and input chutes. Can be push or tool release depending on the risk assessment of the system.
